Family

A smile never increases in price or decreases in value.

The first time I saw Angela Orlowski-Peart’s smiling face in a Tweet I thought this has got to be an interesting woman. We started following each other on Twitter and subscribing to each other’s blogs and have gotten to know each other pretty well considering that we live over 2000 miles apart.

Angela is hosting my post on family today at http://www.angelapeart.com/, and I’ll be hosting her over here Friday. Please hop over there to read “Family” and then stick around to read some of her recent posts while you’re there.

clip_image001David N. Walker is a Christian father and grandfather, a grounded pilot and a near-scratch golfer who had to give up the game because of shoulder problems. A graduate of Duke University, he spent 42 years as a health insurance agent. Most of that career was spent in Texas, but for a few years he traveled many other states. He started writing about 20 years ago, and has six unpublished novels to use as primers on how NOT to write fiction. Since his retirement from insurance a few years ago, he has devoted his time to helping Kristen Lamb start Warrior Writers’ Boot Camp and trying to learn to write a successful novel himself.

  1. Ooo I love the castles! I saw the Neuschwanstein Castle from a train window while traveling as a college student and thought I was a fairy tale. (It was early morning and I thought I was really dreaming.) LOL.
